The posting

Als Spuitgiettechnieker / Matrijswisselaar ben je verantwoordelijk voor het vlot verloop van het spuitgietproces. Je voert een matrijswissel veilig en correct uit en zorgt voor een correcte opstart, opvolging en bijsturing van machines, matrijzen en randapparatuur, zodat de productie veilig, efficiënt en volgens de kwaliteitsnormen verloopt. Je werkt in 2 ploegen (6-14u en 14-22u).

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Instaan voor het uitvoeren van matrijswissels volgens de productieplanning: voorbereiden en uitvoeren van wissel, opstarten en vrijgeven van productie na een ordelijke en nette afronding van de werken.
  • Uitvoeren van eerstelijns troubleshooting bij storingen of afwijkingen aan het spuitgietproces, de machines en de randapparatuur en verhelpen van kleine technische storingen.
  • Opstarten, instellen en opvolgen van spuitgietmachines en randapparatuur volgens de geldende procedures.
  • Bewaken van een stabiel productieproces en zorgen voor een correcte en veilige stopzetting van machines.
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles tijdens het productieproces en afwijkingen tijdig signaleren aan de ploegleider.
  • Ondersteunen, instrueren en begeleiden van productiemedewerkers waar nodig.
  • Zorgen voor een tijdige bevoorrading van grondstoffen aan de machines en drogers.
  • Ondersteunen van operatoren en montageposten wanneer er geen matrijswissels gepland zijn.
  • Actief meewerken aan procesverbeteringen en het beperken van stilstanden.
  • Toepassen van de geldende veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en milieuregels.
  • Mee instaan voor orde en netheid binnen de eigen werkzone en de volledige productieomgeving.
  • Je beschikt over een technische opleiding (A2, Graduaat of Bachelor) of bent gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring.
  • Een aanvullende opleiding of affiniteit met kunststofverwerking, spuitgieten is een sterke troef.
  • Kennis van spuitgietprocessen, matrijzen en randapparatuur is een meerwaarde.
  • Ervaring met ABB-robots en/of robotprogrammering is een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen een spuitgietomgeving en bent vertrouwd met het opstarten, instellen en opvolgen van spuitgietmachines.
  • Ervaring met 2K-spuitgieten is een belangrijke troef, evenals kennis automatisering en robotica.
  • Je kunt vlot werken met een rolbrug, heftruck en elektrische transpallet. Beschikken over de nodige attesten is een pluspunt.
  • Je beheerst de opstart, afstelling, procesopvolging en stopzetting van spuitgietmachines.
  • Je hebt inzicht in de eigenschappen en verwerking van kunststofgrondstoffen en begrijpt de invloed van parameters zoals temperatuur, druk en cyclustijd op het productieproces.
  • Je bent in staat om procesafwijkingen en kwaliteitsproblemen te analyseren en doelgericht bij te sturen.
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht en neemt initiatief om processen te optimaliseren en stilstanden te beperken.Je communiceert vlot en constructief met collega's, leidinggevenden en operatoren.
  • Je bent een teamspeler die samenwerking stimuleert en collega's ondersteunt waar nodig.
  • Je beschikt over overtuigingskracht en weet instructies op een duidelijke manier over te brengen.
