Senior Adviseur Mens & Organisatie Sr. Adviseur Mens en Organisatie (36 uur pw) WAT GA JE DOEN? Als Sr. Adviseur Mens en Organisatie (M&O) ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen van het strategische M&O beleid en draag je bij aan de meerjarenvisie. Je bouwt mee aan de positionering en de professionalisering van de M&O afdeling en stuurt de adviseurs M&O functioneel aan. Je adviseert en ondersteunt een aantal leidinggevenden (Clustermanager Zorg, teamleiders Casemanagement en Medische Administratie en de voorzitter van de Medisch Managers) op tactisch en strategisch niveau, maar ondersteunt ook waar nodig op operationeel niveau. Daarnaast ben je de sparringpartner voor de bestuurder en het managementteam over complexe vraagstukken. Je zorgt voor een doorontwikkeling van het M&O team en vertaalt externe ontwikkelingen naar organisatiedoelen. Samen met het team vertaal je maatschappelijke, arbeidsmarkt en wetgevingsontwikkelingen naar beleid. Je komt te werken in een organisatie die recent een organisatiewijziging heeft doorgevoerd. Hierdoor is de organisatie toekomstbestendig ingericht. Nu breekt een nieuwe fase aan waarin wordt gewerkt aan de doorontwikkeling en standaardisatie van beleid en processen. Als Sr. adviseur M&O speel je hierin een belangrijke rol. De afdeling M&O bestaat uit twee adviseurs M&O en is onderdeel van het cluster bedrijfsvoering. Ieder heeft zijn eigen portefeuille en pakt verschillende projecten op. In afwezigheid worden werkzaamheden overgenomen. Met jouw ruime HR-kennis en ervaring lever je een waardevolle bijdrage aan het team. Als Sr. adviseur M&O werk je zowel vanuit ons kantoor in Den Haag als vanuit huis.
