Sr. Bouwkundig Adviseur 1 Location: Amersfoort, Utrecht, NL Type of contract: Permanent Posting date: Sep 28, 2026 Job offer reference: 216516 Als Senior Bouwkundig Adviseur bij BV Solutions (zelfstandig onderdeel van de Bureau Veritas Group) voer je controles uit aan gebouwen of controleer je of het gebouw voldoet aan de wet- en regelgeving. De resultaten hiervan rapporteer je aan de klant. Je biedt tevens advies aan de klant met betrekking tot alle bouwkundige aspecten. Je doet bijvoorbeeld een bouwkundige inspectie, technical due diligence, brandveiligheidsscan of conditiemeting. Dit doe je natuurlijk niet alleen! Veelal komt het voor dat je in teamverband inspecties uitvoert. In sommige gevallen ben je zelf verantwoordelijk voor het gehele traject (van het opstellen van de prijsopgave tot aan het presenteren van het resultaat). Om je kennis op peil te houden, volg je de ontwikkelingen in de markt en is er de mogelijkheid om opleidingen te volgen en deel je jouw opgedane kennis met collega's. Versterk ons team om samen een wereld van vertrouwen vorm te geven! Wat ga je doen - Je voert (bouwkundige) inspecties uit in, rond en op verschillende gebouwen. Van oud tot nieuw, hoog tot laag en van groot tot klein; - Je rapporteert jouw bevindingen in een rapportage of software tool; - Je begrijpt en kan zelf simpele begrotingen of onderhoudskosten inzichtelijk maken door middel van Excel of ons systeem; - Kennis van bouwkundige gebouwonderdelen, tekeningen en materialen en bent daardoor instaat deze technisch te toetsen; - Je hebt feeling voor bouwregelgeving of je weet wat hiermee wordt bedoeld; - Termen als Bouwbesluit of Besluit Bouwwerken Leefomgeving komen je bekend voor en weet je hier de weg in te vinden; - Je vind het leuk je te ontwikkelen en zelf projecten te leiden of zelfs eigen offertes te maken voor diverse klanten.
