Als Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist ben jij dé expert op het gebied van arbeidsvoorwaarden, beloning, functiewaardering en HR Beleid. Je zorgt ervoor dat onze arbeidsvoorwaarden aantrekkelijk, marktconform, toekomstbestendig blijven en voldoen aan actuele wet- en regelgeving. - Ontwikkelen, beheren en optimaliseren van het beloningsbeleid en arbeidsvoorwaarden. - Beheren van pensioen-, verzekerings-, lease- en beloningsregelingen. - Adviseren van directie, management en HR- collega's over complexe arbeidsvoorwaardelijke vraagstukken. - Ondersteunen bij cao-onderhandelingen en het doorrekenen van scenario's. - Analyseren van personeels- en loonkostendata en opstellen van managementrapportages. - Initiëren en leiden van HR-projecten gericht op verbetering van processen en beleid. Wie zoeken wij? Een Sr. Compensation & Benefits Specialist die energie krijgt van het vormgeven van de rol en zich verder wilt ontwikkelen binnen uitlopende onderwerpen die binnen deze rol vallen. Je bent een echte zelfstarter en schakelt gemakkelijk tussen strategie en uitvoering. - WO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting HRM, Bedrijfskunde of Economie. - Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring binnen Compensation & Benefits en Payroll. - Kennis van arbeidsrecht, pensioenwetgeving, cao's en sociale zekerheid. - Sterke analytische vaardigheden en een Excel goeroe .
