SR. FINANCE & ACCOUNTING MANAGER (m/v/x)

Takenpakket

Als Sr. Finance & Accounting Manager (m/v/x) superviseer, coördineer en stroomlijn je de finance activiteiten en teams overheen de EMEA-region

  • Opmaak, follow-up & analyse van cashflow(prognoses) in nauwe samenwerking met Commercial Finance en Supply Chain.
  • Beheer van de relaties met banken en andere financiële instellingen.
  • Monitoren en optimaliseren van werkkapitaalindicatoren.
  • Garanderen van nauwkeurige en volledige balansposities via maandelijkse balansrevisies.
  • Ondersteunen van het jaarlijkse budgetteringsproces en verantwoordelijkheid over de gebudgetteerde balans, werkkapitaal en cashflowprognoses.
  • Zorgen voor correcte registratie van financiële transacties in lijn met lokale GAAP en US GAAP.
  • Uitvoeren van maand- en jaarafsluitingen incl. complexe en uitzonderlijke boekhoudkundige transacties.
  • Review geconsolideerde cijfers en analyse van afwijkingen tov vorige periodes, forecasts en budgetten.
  • Opstellen en onderhouden roll-forward schema's van vaste activa.
  • Coördineren van TP-aanpassingen + bijhorende documentatie.
  • Tijdig indienen van BTW-aangiften, Intrastat, Intracom, jaarrekeningen en VenB.
  • Optreden als belangrijkste financieel aanspreekpunt voor belastingautoriteiten.
  • Ontwikkelen, documenteren en onderhouden van gestandaardiseerde financiële procedures en beleidslijnen.
  • Uitbouwen van sterke partnerships met diverse stakeholders: regionale business leaders, corporate finance, externe auditors en fiscale adviseurs….

Profiel

  • Bachelor/Master in Finance.
  • Min. 8-tal jaar ervaring in een strategische rol bij voorkeur binnen een internationale context.
  • Bewezen leiderschapsskills en intrinsiek vermogen om teamleden te ontwikkelen en te inspireren.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met change management, inclusief het leiden of ondersteunen van transformatie initiatieven (bv. ERP- of bredere financiële transformatieprojecten).
  • Betrokkenheid bij M&A dossiers vormt een plus.
  • Een sterke coachende ingesteldheid: je weet grenzen te bewaken naar stakeholders toe, maar even goed een buffer en mentor voor je eigen mensen.
  • Vloeiende kennis Nederlands & Engels.
