Jouw nieuwe functie

Als HR Officer ben je verantwoordelijk voor de loon- en personeelsadministratie van ongeveer 280 medewerkers, bestaande uit zowel arbeiders als bedienden. Je waakt over een correcte en tijdige payroll verwerking in samenwerking met het sociaal secretariaat Securex en bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers met vragen rond loonadministratie, sociale wetgeving en personeelszaken.

Daarnaast beheer je de volledige HR-administratie van A tot Z. Je volgt sociale dossiers op zoals tijdskrediet, ouderschapsverlof, ziekte, zwangerschap en educatief verlof en zorgt ervoor dat alles conform de geldende sociale wetgeving verloopt.

Verder sta je in voor:

  • Het opmaken van arbeidsovereenkomsten, attesten en sociale documenten.De opvolging van tijdsregistratie, afwezigheden, verlofaanvragen en prestaties. Het opstellen van HR-rapporteringen en KPI's.
  • Het optimaliseren en verder digitaliseren van HR-processen.
  • De correcte toepassing van sociale wetgeving, interne procedures en bedrijfsrichtlijnen.

Jouw profiel Voor deze functie zoeken we een ervaren Hr-professional die zich thuis voelt in een operationele omgeving.

  • Bachelor Human Resources of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Minstens 9 jaar ervaring binnen payroll en personeelsadministratie.
  • Grondige kennis van de Belgische sociale wetgeving.
  • Ervaring met payroll van arbeiders is een sterke troef.
  • Ervaring binnen de metaalsector en kennis van HR Accent zijn pluspunten.
  • Zeer goede kennis van MS Office, met een sterke expertise in Excel.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands én Frans.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en discreet.
  • Je bent matuur, geduldig en weet complexe HR-materie helder uit te leggen aan verschillende doelgroepen.
