Jobomschrijving

  • Analyseren, optimaliseren en verbeteren van productieprocessen
  • Initiëren en implementeren van automatiseringsprojecten
  • Verhogen van efficiëntie, betrouwbaarheid en OEE binnen productie
  • Ontwerpen en verbeteren van tooling en productiemiddelen met SolidWorks
  • Leiden van technische verbeterings- en investeringsprojecten (CAPEX)
  • Begeleiden van de introductie van nieuwe producten in productie
  • Fungeren als technisch expert en coach binnen het engineeringteam
  • Uitwerken van technische standaarden, documentatie en kennisdeling
  • Bachelor of Master in Elektromechanica, Werktuigbouwkunde of een vergelijkbare technische richting
  • Minstens 8 tot 10 jaar ervaring binnen een productieomgeving
  • Ervaring met Manufacturing Engineering en procesoptimalisatie
  • Sterke kennis van SolidWorks
  • Ervaring met automatiseringsprojecten en machineverbeteringen
  • Ervaring met technische projectcoördinatie
  • Kennis van Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement en OEE is een plus
  • Hands-on ingesteld en graag aanwezig op de werkvloer
  • Sterke analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden
  • In staat om structuur, expertise en coaching binnen een jong team te brengen
  • Vlotte kennis van Nederlands en Engels
