All About Work Sr Planeconomisch Adviseur Gebiedsontwikkeling Amstelveen Over de functie SO26-1675 Je gaat aan de slag als senior planeconomisch adviseur binnen complexe gebiedsontwikkelingen en facilitaire projecten. In deze tijdelijke opdracht lever je specialistische advisering voor de afronding, actualisatie en financiële beheersing van meerdere projecten. Je werkt resultaatgericht aan concrete planeconomische producten en adviezen die financieel, contractueel en bestuurlijk toepasbaar zijn. Daarbij beweeg je je op het snijvlak van planeconomie, grondbeleid, kostenverhaal en bestuurlijke besluitvorming. Je levert zelfstandig analyses en adviezen waarmee projecten financieel beheersbaar en bestuurlijk uitvoerbaar blijven. Wat ga je doen - Je actualiseert de grondexploitatie van De Tuinen van Aalsmeer, inclusief financiële analyse, actualisatie van parameters, risicoanalyse en planeconomisch advies. - Je verzorgt de financiële afwikkeling van de koopovereenkomst Polderzoom fase 2, inclusief eindafrekening, overzicht van kosten en opbrengsten, controle van verplichtingen en een adviesnotitie. - Je adviseert over kostenverhaal en uitgifteovereenkomsten voor De Scheg, inclusief financiële onderbouwing, uitgiftestrategie en bijdrageovereenkomsten. - Je actualiseert exploitatieplannen en levert analyses, scenarioanalyses, herzieningsadviezen en bestuurlijke notities op. - Je stelt de financiële eindrapportage op voor de Brandweerkazerne Aalsmeer, inclusief analyse van afwijkingen en eindadvies. - Je levert planeconomische analyses en strategieën voor kostenverhaal bij Startbaan 5 en Parlevinker, inclusief financiële onderbouwing en advies over overeenkomsten. - Je ondersteunt bij begroting, verantwoording en risicomanagement met voortgangsrapportages, risicoanalyses, P&C-input en beheersadviezen.
