Sr Privacy Officer Arnhem Over de functie SRQ142552 Je werkt als Senior Privacy Officer mee aan een lopend project binnen het programma IB&P Basis op Orde. In deze rol lever je een actieve bijdrage aan de implementatie en verdere inrichting van de Privacy Management Systematiek volgens het NOREA Privacy Control Framework v3.0. Je helpt de organisatie om gegevensbescherming duurzaam te verankeren in processen, systemen en registraties. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met het privacyteam, de (C)ISO-functie, programmanagement en proceseigenaren. Je beweegt je soepel tussen operationeel, tactisch en strategisch niveau en vertaalt privacyvraagstukken naar praktische verbeteringen. Wat ga je doen - Je ontwikkelt de Privacy Management Systematiek verder en maakt deze operationeel en toepasbaar binnen de organisatie. - Je implementeert het NOREA Privacy Control Framework v3.0 binnen het project Privacy Basis op Orde. - Je ondersteunt de lijnorganisatie bij het integreren en borgen van gegevensbescherming in bedrijfsprocessen, systemen en registraties. - Je werkt privacybeleid, kaders, werkinstructies en beheersmaatregelen uit en operationaliseert deze. - Je ontwikkelt en actualiseert PIMS-registraties, waaronder het verwerkingsregister en het maatregelenoverzicht. - Je ondersteunt proceseigenaren bij de implementatie van privacymaatregelen. - Je signaleert privacyrisico's en vertaalt deze naar concrete verbeteracties en implementatieadviezen. - Je draagt bij aan de verdere volwassenheidsontwikkeling van de organisatie op het gebied van gegevensbescherming. - Je verricht in overleg aanvullende werkzaamheden ter ondersteuning van de prioritering en structurering van de DPIA-backlog als de projectvoortgang dit toelaat.
