Wij zoeken een Senior Privacy Officer die de Privacy Management Systematiek (NOREA Privacy Control Framework v3.0) verder ontwikkelt, implementeert en operationeel maakt. De rol richt zich op het duurzaam verankeren van privacy- en gegevensbeschermingsmaatregelen in processen, systemen en registraties, en op het ondersteunen van proceseigenaren bij uitvoering en borging. De Senior Privacy Officer werkt onder aansturing van de projectleider en in nauwe samenwerking met het privacyteam, (C)ISO-functie, programmanagement IB&P en lijnproceseigenaren; de DPIA-backlog valt primair onder de lijnorganisatie maar kan ondersteunend worden opgepakt indien projectvoortgang dit toelaat. Vereist profiel Ruime ervaring als Privacy Officer of vergelijkbare functie binnen een overheids- of complexe publieke omgeving, met aantoonbare kennis van privacywetgeving en privacymanagement. Pragmatische, projectmatige instelling; in staat te adviseren op operationeel, tactisch en strategisch niveau en stakeholders door verandertrajecten heen te begeleiden. Ervaring met NOREA PCF, PIMS-registraties en het opzetten van werkbare privacykaders, werkinstructies en beheersmaatregelen is gewenst. Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, analytisch vermogen om privacyrisico's te signaleren en om te zetten in praktische verbeteracties en implementatieadviezen.
