In het kort: Je gaat als senior PMO de Leeropgave voor het nieuwe Wetboek van Strafvordering projectmatig ondersteunen, plannen en voortgang bewaken, besluitvorming borgen, risico’s en stakeholders managen en als centraal aanspreekpunt het programma organiseren. Algemeen De senior Project Management Officer (PMO) bij sector PPI (Project-, Programma en Interimmanagement) wordt aangesteld om een rol te vervullen bij de realisatie van veranderdoelen van de korpsleiding. Het gaat hierbij om veranderdoelen die in de meest brede zin te maken hebben met de harmonisatie, ontwikkeling en innovatie van werkprocessen en voortbrengingsresultaten van de politie, het Politiedienstencentrum en de ketenpartners van de politie. Opdracht Het Wetboek van Strafvordering (uit 1926) is belangrijk voor politiewerk. Na ruim een eeuw komt er in 2029 een nieuw Wetboek van Strafvordering. Het treedt op 1 april 2029 als een 'big bang' in werking. Dit heeft grote impact. Het is van belang dat er op tijd onderwijs ontwikkeld wordt, zodat alle collega's tijdig op de hoogte zijn van de nieuwe regels. De Leeropgave NWvS gaat over het bijscholingstraject voor 60.000 politiemedewerkers, het aanpassen van huidige curricula PA en OBT en het aanpassen van de gevalideerde content in de kennissystemen. Om deze opgave vorm te geven is binnen de Politieacademie een programma Leeropgave NWvSv ingericht dat onderdeel uitmaakt van het korps brede programma NWvSv. Wil je deel uitmaken van deze grote verandering? Dan is deze vacature interessant voor je. Als PMO-er van het project de Leeropgave van het nieuwe Wetboek van Strafvordering binnen de PA ben jij de ondersteunende factor binnen het team. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de Leeropgave PA zich voorbereidt om haar aandeel te kunnen leveren aan de uitvoering van alle taken. Je pakt dit projectmatig aan en identificeert de belangrijkste vraagstukken waaraan gewerkt moet worden. Je fungeert als het organisatorisch geheugen van de Leeropgave. Je bewaakt gemaakte afspr.
