Jouw baan als Senior Engineering Project Manager

Wil jij complexe investeringsprojecten realiseren binnen een innovatieve farmaceutische omgeving? Als Senior Engineering Project Manager ondersteun je de komende jaren diverse infrastructuur- en bouwprojecten op de site in La Louvière, waar je verantwoordelijk bent voor technische projecten van concept tot oplevering. Je schakelt dagelijks met interne klanten, engineering partners en aannemers om duurzame en toekomstgerichte oplossingen te realiseren. Daarbij bewaak je veiligheid, kwaliteit, timing en budget. Je maakt deel uit van een ervaren projectteam dat samenwerkt aan projecten met een grote impact op de site en haar medewerkers. Door jouw technische kennis en projectaanpak zorg je ervoor dat projecten efficiënt en volgens de geldende regelgeving worden uitgevoerd.

Tijdens de opstart ben je regelmatig aanwezig in Beerse om kennis op te bouwen en de projecten vlot over te nemen. Nadien ligt je hoofdlocatie in La Louvière, met periodieke verplaatsingen naar Beerse.

Gelukkig kunnen we op jou rekenen bij het:

  • Leiden van meerdere investeringsprojecten tussen €500K en €10M
  • Opstellen van projectplannen volgens IDEA en FPX methodologie
  • Vertalen van businessnoden naar technische oplossingen
  • Bewaken van budget, planning, risico's en cashflow
  • Coördineren van interne teams, contractors en engineeringpartners
  • Toezien op naleving van veiligheids- en kwaliteitsstandaarden
  • Organiseren van projectafsluiting, overdracht en lessons learned

Je communiceert vlot met verschillende stakeholders en weet mensen rond een gezamenlijk doel te verenigen. Dankzij je analytisch inzicht maak je onderbouwde beslissingen en blijf je ook bij complexe projecten overzicht bewaren. Daarnaast werk je gestructureerd en zorg je voor een heldere afstemming tussen alle betrokken partijen.

Hard skills

  • Masterdiploma in Engineering of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Minimaal 10 jaar projectmanagementervaring binnen industriële projecten
  • Ervaring met kapitaalprojecten binnen pharma of gereguleerde industrie
  • Kennis van utilities, HVAC, E&I en technische installaties
  • Vlotte kennis van Nederlands en Engels, ervaring met MS Project en MS 365
