Misschien leid je vandaag al een SAP-workstream, stuur je consultants aan of neem je binnen een S/4HANA-transformatie steeds vaker verantwoordelijkheid op buiten je eigen domein.

Misschien ben je al SAP Project Manager. Misschien staat er nog Senior Consultant, Manager, Workstream Lead of Delivery Lead op je titel.

Wat telt: voldoende SAP-bagage, klantmaturiteit en projectervaring om het geheel te kunnen dragen.

Voor een sterke Belgische SAP-consultancy zoeken we iemand die SAP S/4HANA-projecten end-to-end wil sturen; van scope en delivery tot stakeholders, budget, risico's en beslissingen.

Waar draait deze rol om?

Niet om projectplannen onderhouden omwille van het proces.

Wel om ervoor te zorgen dat een SAP-project vooruitgaat wanneer inhoud, mensen, timing en belangen complex worden.

Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor:

  • SAP S/4HANA-projecten van voorbereiding tot go-live
  • scope, timing, budget, kwaliteit en risico's
  • afhankelijkheden tussen functionele en technische workstreams
  • afstemming tussen consultants, architects, developers en business
  • klantcommunicatie en stakeholdermanagement
  • governance, escalaties en besluitvorming
  • impact van scopewijzigingen op capaciteit en planning
  • het totale projectresultaat

Een stevige SAP-basis is belangrijk.

Niet omdat je zelf alles moet configureren, wel omdat inzicht in SAP S/4HANA, SAP implementation en bedrijfsprocessen helpt om risico's sneller te herkennen en geloofwaardig te schakelen met specialisten en senior stakeholders.

Nog geen Project Manager-titel? Dat hoeft geen probleem te zijn. Projectleadership begint vaak vroeger. Je merkt het wanneer klanten je bij bredere beslissingen betrekken, moeilijke workshops bij jou terechtkomen, collega's richting zoeken of je automatisch verder kijkt dan je eigen workstream. Wie vandaag al een workstream, deelproject of klantrelatie trekt, kan perfect klaar zijn voor de stap naar volledige projectverantwoordelijkheid.

Vandaag al SAP Project Manager? Dan is dit geen junior groeifunctie. De aantrekkingskracht zit vooral in een omgeving waar projectleiding, klant en delivery dicht bij elkaar staan. De SAP-complexiteit blijft. De invloed op het resultaat wordt directer. Meer rechtstreeks contact met beslissingsnemers, kortere lijnen met functionele en technische experts en meer ruimte om zelf richting te geven aan de projectaanpak. Voor iemand uit een Big Four, internationale consultancy of grote SAP-integrator kan dat een interessante volgende stap zijn zonder inhoudelijke complexiteit in te leveren.

Het profiel

Je hebt al meerdere jaren verantwoordelijkheid gedragen binnen SAP-projecten en beschikt over een sterke track record binnen SAP project- of programme delivery.

Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met meerdere van onderstaande elementen:

  • full lifecycle SAP-implementaties of transformaties;
  • S/4HANA-projecten;
  • multidisciplinaire projectteams;
  • meerdere parallelle SAP-workstreams;
  • projectbudgetten en resourceplanning;
  • senior stakeholdermanagement;
  • governance en steering committees;
  • internationale of multi-entity omgevingen.

Je bent vandaag bijvoorbeeld Senior SAP Project Manager, SAP Project Manager, Delivery Lead of Programme/Project Lead.

Je hoeft niet de inhoudelijke specialist binnen elke SAP-module te zijn. Wel heb je voldoende SAP-ervaring om afhankelijkheden te begrijpen, risico's in te schatten en inhoudelijk geloofwaardig te schakelen met consultants, architects en business- en IT-management.

Professioneel Nederlands en Engels zijn belangrijk.
