Sr. Software ontwikkelaar Locatie: Voor onze eindklant in Arnhem is Harvey Nash op zoek naar een Sr. Software ontwikkelaar Start: Z.S.M Eind: 26-02-2027 Uren: 40 Standplaats: Arnhem Deadline inschrijven: 12-10-2026 om 12:00 Aanleiding: Het project AI in de ledenbediening is in scope en complexiteit toegenomen door aanvullende businesswensen en benodigde integraties. Op dit moment is er beperkte AI-/Microsoft Foundry-kennis in huis, terwijl het team juist deze kennis wil opbouwen en borgen voor de toekomst. De huidige ontwikkelcapaciteit en expertise zijn onvoldoende om dit project binnen planning en kwaliteitskaders te realiseren. Om zowel de voortgang te waarborgen als het team actief te ondersteunen in het leren en toepassen van AI, is het noodzakelijk een extra developer aan te trekken die in staat is kennis te delen. Deze beschikt over de nodige AI /Foundrykennis, maar heeft tevens de focus op softwarekennis (C#). Omschrijving: De in te huren developer vervult de rol van AI Developer binnen het project en is verantwoordelijk voor: - Ontwikkelen en implementeren van AI-oplossingen binnen de ledenbediening - Zelfstandig programmeren en bijdragen aan technische keuzes - Ondersteunen bij integraties met bestaande systemen - Actief delen van kennis met het team, onder andere door uitleg, documentatie en begeleiding - Samenwerken met interne developers en stakeholders om kennisopbouw te stimuleren De developer beschikt over: - Aantoonbare kennis en ervaring met Microsoft Foundry - Sterke hands-on programmeervaardigheden (zelfstandig kunnen coderen) - Ervaring met het werken in multidisciplinaire teams - Het vermogen om kennis te delen en complexe materie helder uit te leggen - Een coachende en samenwerkende houding, zodat het team mee kan leren en groeien in AI-ontwikkeling Specifieke ervaring: - Een afgeronde relevante opleiding op HBO-/HBO+-niveau - Aantoonbare kennis van en ervaring met softwareontwikkeling. - Aantoonb...
