Ruim 1.100 professionals verlenen zorg en onderwijs vanuit diverse locaties verspreid over heel Limburg. Cliënten kunnen terecht voor medisch specialistische revalidatie, gehoor-, taal- en spraakproblemen, speciaal onderwijs, medische kindzorg, sport en arbeidsrevalidatie. Adelante richt zich niet op de beperking maar op de mogelijkheden om door te kunnen gaan. Ons motto:haal het beste uit jezelf! Wat ga je doen? Als medewerker in ons team MAP (Medische Administratie en Planning) werk je op onze locatie in Hoensbroek. MAP speelt een cruciale rol in de patiëntreis. Als planner ben je verantwoordelijk voor de planning en communicatie rondom de instroom, doorstroom en uitstroom van patiënten. Adelante streeft ernaar om het functioneren van MAP continu te verbeteren door dingen op het juiste moment te doen, volledig afgestemd op de patiëntreis. Jij gaat hier een belangrijke rol in spelen! Vorig jaar is Adelante overgestapt op een nieuw elektronisch patiëntendossier. Naast de technische implementatie is het essentieel dat de processen efficiënt en effectief worden ingericht. Samen met je collega's werk je sinds de overgang aan het optimaliseren van de operationele planning. Hierbij focus je op het verbeteren van de huidige operationele processen en het verder stroomlijnen van de planning.
