Je borgt de continuïteit van onze hele productieomgeving. Als Sr. Utility Mechanic WTB bij Tiofarma ben je samen met je collega's verantwoordelijk voor het functioneren van onze kritische utilities zoals water-, lucht- en HVAC-systemen. Dit zijn de systemen waarop onze volledige productie draait. Deze rol geeft je veel eigenaarschap: je krijgt de ruimte om onderhoud slimmer in te richten, processen te verbeteren en structuur aan te brengen. Je werkt niet alleen aan techniek, maar bouwt actief mee aan hoe we onze utilities organiseren en optimaliseren. Sluit dit aan bij jouw ambities? Hoe maak jij impact binnen Tiofarma? Als Sr Utility Engineer WTB maak je impact door het borgen en verbeteren van de betrouwbaarheid van onze utilities. Je zorgt dat kritische systemen continu beschikbaar zijn en grijpt tijdig in bij afwijkingen. Je denkt vooruit, richt onderhoud gestructureerd in en zorgt dat werkzaamheden goed voorbereid en uitgevoerd worden. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's binnen Technical Solutions en andere afdelingen, waarbij je knelpunten signaleert en verbeteringen doorvoert. Door jouw inzet verhogen we de betrouwbaarheid van onze installaties en voorkomen we verstoringen in het productieproces. In deze rol: - Stel je preventieve onderhoudsplannen op en optimaliseer je deze continu - Bereid je werkzaamheden voor en begeleid je uitvoering door interne en externe partijen - Richt je spare part management in en borg je beschikbaarheid van kritische onderdelen - Bewaak je procesparameters en grijp je tijdig in bij afwijkingen of storingen - Analyseer je storingen en werk je aan structurele oplossingen (reliability) - Draag je actief bij aan verbeterprojecten binnen utilities en maintenance Je rapporte...
