Als Störungsmonteur / Instandhaltungsmonteur TD in Winterswijk bist du das unverzichtbare Bindeglied im Technischen Dienst. Du bist verantwortlich für das Aufspüren und Beheben von maschinenbaulichen Störungen an Maschinen und Anlagen, wobei du häufig mit Kollegen aus anderen Fachbereichen zusammenarbeitest. Neben der Behebung akuter Probleme führst du geplante und präventive Wartungsarbeiten durch, um Stillstände zu verhindern. Du dokumentierst deine Beobachtungen präzise und bringst dich aktiv ein, wenn es darum geht, technische Systeme und Wartungsstrategien zu verbessern. Bei Bedarf springst du auf dem Radlader, Gabelstapler oder der Hubarbeitsbühne ein, um die Arbeit zu erledigen.

Was sind deine Aufgaben?

• Aufspüren, Lokalisieren und fachkundiges Beheben von Störungen an Maschinen und Anlagen; • Durchführen von geplanten und präventiven Wartungsarbeiten sowie technischen Inspektionen; • Erfassen und Berichten von Beobachtungen und durchgeführten Tätigkeiten; • Durchführen von sofortigen Reparaturarbeiten bei Störungen oder Notfällen; • Ausführen umfangreicherer Reparaturarbeiten zu vorab festgelegten Zeitpunkten; • Einbringen von Verbesserungsvorschlägen für technische Systeme und Wartungspläne; • Mitdenken über Anpassungen in Bedienungsvorschriften und Wartungsstrategien; • Bedienen von internem Transportequipment wie Radlader, Gabelstapler und Hubarbeitsbühne.Hast du das maschinenbauliche Fachwissen, um diesen internationalen Akteur zu unterstützen?
