Die Volkshilfe Burgenland erbringt seit über 60 Jahren wichtige und wertvolle Dienst- und Hilfeleistungen im Burgenland. Die Interessen der zu betreuenden sowie hilfsbedürftigen Menschen stehen für uns immer an erster Stelle. Wir suchen ab sofort eine/n 1 Stützpunktleiter*in (m/w/d) 37 Std./Woche, Bezirk Eisenstadt

Deine Aufgaben

Neben den normalen Aufgaben als Dipl. Gesundheits- u. Krankenpfleger*in (wie z.B. Medizinische Wundversorgung, Palliativpflege, Aufklärung der Betroffenen bzw. deren Angehörigen hinsichtlich Pflegebehelfe, Pflegegeld und weiterführender Unterstützungsleistungen) fallen vorwiegend folgende Aufgaben an:

* Leitung des Stützpunktes, des Tageszentrums für Senior*innen und Wohnen im Alter, im Sinne der Richtlinien der BGLD Landesregierung für mobile Dienste im BGLD und der Unternehmensrichtlinien

* Leitung des Teams im Sinne der Richtlinien der BGLD Landesregierung für mobile Dienste im BGLD und der Unternehmensrichtlinien

* Mitwirkung bei der Umsetzung der Erfolgs- und Umsatzziele für das eigene Team

* Überprüfung der Kunden- und Mitarbeiter*innenabrechnung inkl. elektronischem Fahrtenbuch, Bearbeitung von Beschwerden & Weiterleitung an die Pflegedienstleitung/Geschäftsführung

* Enge Vernetzung mit anderen Gesundheits- u. Sozialberufen sowie relevanten Netzwerkpartner*innen

* Dienst- und Tourenplangestaltung, regelmäßige Teambesprechungen, Mitarbeiter*innengespräche

* Umsetzung des Qualitätsmanagements

Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zur/zum DGKP

* Gute Deutschkenntnisse

* Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Fort- und Weiterbildungen

* Freude im Umgang mit älteren Menschen

* Selbstständiges Arbeiten und Flexibilität

* Zuverlässigkeit, Einsatzbereitschaft und Teamgeist

* Führerschein der Klasse B

* MS-Office Kenntnisse

* Facheinschlägige Berufserfahrung

* Bereitschaft Verantwortung zu übernehmen
