Je berekent staal- en betonconstructies voor woningbouw en utiliteit en bepaalt of een ontwerp technisch haalbaar is. Je werkt nauw samen met de architect en hebt zelf de regie over de constructieve uitwerking. - Doorrekenen van staal- en betonconstructies voor nieuwbouw en renovatie; - Beoordelen van technische haalbaarheid en adviseren over alternatieven; - Uitwerken van constructietekeningen en detailleringen; - Afstemmen met architect, aannemer en opdrachtgever.

Je groeit door naar senior constructeur of specialiseert je in complexe restauratieprojecten.

Wat wij bieden: Je krijgt een vaste plek in een gevestigd bureau waar je als vakman serieus genomen wordt. - Bruto maandsalaris tussen €4000 en €6000; - Vast contract met pensioenregeling en 25 vakantiedagen; - Familiaire cultuur met korte lijnen en geen hiërarchie-gedoe; - Ruimte om zelf te bepalen hoe je het aanpakt; - Doorgroeien naar senior constructeur of specialiseren in restauratie; - Werken aan gevarieerde projecten van woningbouw tot monumenten; - Directe samenwerking met architect zonder tussenschakels.
