Jobomschrijving

Als ploegbaas montage leid je het plaatsen van metaalconstructies op maat en ondersteun je je team van monteurs en lassers. Jouw takenpakket bestaat uit:

  • Plaatsen van metaalconstructies: trappen, productielijnen, veiligheidsvlakken, bordessen, …
  • Ondersteunen en aansturen van het team van monteurs en lassers
  • Nauw contact houden met klant en projectopvolger/-manager
  • Leidinggeven bij opstart, opvolging en afsluit van projecten, met focus op veiligheid en kwaliteit
