Een grote speler in de Europese staalbouw, in regio Gent, kijkt uit naar een gedreven staalmonteur met zin voor verantwoordelijkheid. In deze functie werk je mee aan internationale projecten die tot de verbeelding spreken. En dat samen met een warme groep collega’s die net als jij trots zijn op hun vak.

Je komt terecht in een werkomgeving waar kennisdeling centraal staat. Alles draait hier rond versterking: van elkaar, van de processen en vooral van jou. Je krijgt alle kansen om te groeien, bij te leren én te werken met het beste materiaal op de markt. Elk project is een uitdaging op zich, waardoor je voortdurend geprikkeld blijft.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als monteur stel je stalen constructies en onderdelen samen, op basis van technische plannen en lasvoorschriften
  • Je kijkt nauwgezet de afmetingen na van de onderdelen die je verwerkt
  • Ook voer je visuele controles uit op gelaste structuren om fouten en afwijkingen tijdig op te sporen
  • Je bouwt hulpconstructies op om het samenstellen van onderdelen vlot te laten verlopen
  • Daarnaast denk je actief mee over kwaliteitsverbeteringen, doe je voorstellen en help je ze mee uitwerken
  • Je hebt een diploma ASO/TSO, bij voorkeur in een technische richting
  • Daarnaast heb je ervaring als monteur of samensteller, bij voorkeur in staalconstructies – of je beschikt over sterk technisch inzicht en leest vlot plannen
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler die vlot en duidelijk communiceert in het Nederlands – essentieel voor een vlotte samenwerking op de werkvloer
