The posting

Voor onze klant, actief in de civiele sector, zijn wij op zoek naar een Stabiliteitsingenieur die met minstens 5 jaar ervaring en expertise bijdraagt aan de realisatie van duurzame en innovatieve bouwprojecten.

  • Je voert stabiliteitsstudies en berekeningen uit voor uiteenlopende projecten binnen residentiële, industriële en utiliteitsbouw, volgens de Eurocodes en Belgische nationale bijlagen
  • Je ontwerpt draagstructuren in beton, staal, hout en metselwerk, zowel voor nieuwbouw als renovaties
  • Je controleert en valideert technische ontwerpen en plannen, zoals bekistings-, wapenings- en staalstructuurplannen
  • Je stelt technische specificaties en bestekken op met betrekking tot stabiliteit
  • Je voert geotechnische analyses uit, waaronder funderingsstudies, bemalingsconcepten en stabiliteitscontroles van bouwputten
  • Je werkt met geavanceerde reken- en modelleertools en zet parametrisch modelleren in bij complexe projecten zoals bruggen en tunnels
  • Je volgt werven op en bewaakt de correcte uitvoering van de stabiliteitsstudies, met ondersteuning bij technische vragen
  • Je werkt nauw samen in een multidisciplinair team met architecten, projectleiders, aannemers en externe studiebureaus
  • Je hebt een Bachelor- of Masterdiploma in de ingenieurswetenschappen (industrieel of burgerlijk ingenieur bouwkunde), bij voorkeur met specialisatie in stabiliteit
  • Je beschikt over minimaal 3 jaar relevante ervaring als stabiliteitsingenieur
  • Je bent vertrouwd met software zoals SCIA Engineer, Revit, Tekla Structures en Robot Structural Analysis, aangevuld met kennis van geotechnische tools (zoals Plaxis 2D of D-Sheet)
  • Je hebt ervaring met of interesse in parametrisch ontwerpen (bijv. Rhino en Grasshopper) en wil je hierin verder verdiepen
  • Je hebt een goed inzicht in het bouwproces en de principes van projectmanagement
  • Je bent op de hoogte van de Belgische regelgeving rond stabiliteit, vergunningen en aansprakelijkheid
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en met een sterke analytische blik
  • Ook onder tijdsdruk weet je het overzicht te bewaren
  • Je stelt je flexibel op en neemt initiatief, steeds met de klant in gedachten
  • Je communiceert helder en voelt je thuis in een teamomgeving
  • Je maakt complexe technische informatie begrijpelijk voor zowel technische als niet-technische betrokkenen
  • Je deelt je kennis graag en draagt actief bij aan de groei van je collega’s
