Deine Hauptaufgaben

* Unsere Betriebstechnik-Abteilung sorgt dafür, dass bei KSG Austria die technische Infrastruktur reibungslos funktioniert und dem aktuellsten Stand der Technik entspricht. Als Support für die High-Tech Fertigungsanlagen stellt sie sicher, dass alle Maschinen jederzeit einsatzbereit sind. * Für dieses Team suchen wir eine/n MitarbeiterIn für technische Administration und Projektmanagement, der/die eng mit dem Teamleiter zusammenarbeitet und ihn bei Abwesenheit vertritt. Als Stabsstelle berichtest du direkt an die Geschäftsführung und bist Schnittstelle zu anderen Fachabteilungen (Produktions-/Unitleitung, Logistik, Einkauf, QM) * Technisch-logisches Denken und Projektmanagementfähigkeiten sind die Basis für * ** Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung der Budget- und Jahresplanung für Energie- und Instandhaltungskosten ** Festlegung, Steuerung und Reporting von betriebstechnischen Kennzahlen ** Behördenkommunikation und Sicherstellung gesetzlicher Anforderungen ** Koordination externer technischer Dienstleister ** Energieeinsparungsmaßnahmen und Energie-Beschaffungsstrategien ** Wartungsverwaltung (Terminplanung unter Einhaltung der gesetzlichen Vorschriften) ** Technischer Einkauf und Lagerverwaltung ** Systembetreuung SAP Key User * Für zukünftige technische Herausforderungen im Bereich Automatisierung, Digitalisierung, Nachhaltigkeit, Umweltschutz, Lean Management, erarbeitest du in Abstimmung mit den Fachabteilungen und dem Team der Betriebstechnik innovative Lösungsmöglichkeiten sowie präventive Instandhaltungs- und Fehlerbeseitigungsstrategien.

Was du mitbringen solltest

* Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungstechnik oder Mechatronik und mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung sind Voraussetzung. * Erfahrung mit ERP Systemen, idealerweise SAP und Infor * Kenntnis relevanter gesetzlicher Vorgaben (insb. ASchG, AStV, GeWO) * Idealerweise Erfahrungen mit TPM und KPI Reporting (Anlagenverfügbarkeit, Energieeinsatz, Meantime between failure, etc.) * Im Umgang mit den Kollegen der Betriebstechnik, anderen Fachabteilungen und dem Managementteam sind hohe soziale Kompetenz und beste Kommunikationsfähigkeiten besonders wichtig. * Englisch in Wort und Schrift rundet dein Profil ab.
