FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Ben je een gedreven teamspeler met een stabiel werkverleden en de juiste attitude? Dan is deze job iets voor jou!

Voor een bedrijf op de Waaslandhaven (linkeroever) zijn we op zoek naar een Operator, het is aanbevolen een eigen wagen te hebben om de locatie vlot te bereiken.

Onze klant maakt een uniek product en is actief in het hout. Men levert duurzaam hout die beter presteren en milieuvriendelijk zijn.

Na uitgebreide opleiding door het huidig team word je operator aan de stackingmachine.

Je werkt altijd samen met collega-operatoren en samen vormen jullie een vast team. Je werkt afwisselend in drie ploegen, samen verdelen jullie de taken en zorgen jullie ervoor dat de machine continu operationeel blijft. Er komt ook een deel visuele kwaliteitscontrole bij.

Wat we wél belangrijk vinden:

  • Heftruckervaring en/of een attest OF de zin om dit aan te leren en te behalen

  • Bereidheid om in 3 ploegen te werken (ploegenpremie van 10% en nachtpremie van 30%)
  • Een stabiel werkverleden dat getuigt van betrouwbaarheid en een samenwerking op lange termijn
