Dan ben jij degene die wij zoeken als capaciteitsadviseur zodat wij de juiste mensen op de juiste plek op het juiste moment in kunnen zetten. Wat ga je doen Jij bent de analytisch sterke en doortastende adviseur die op basis van data en inzicht vooruitkijkt en knelpunten herkent voordat ze een probleem worden. Daarbij draag je bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van datagedreven capaciteitsmanagement, waaronder de integratie van AI-toepassingen ter ondersteuning en optimalisatie van planning en roostering. Jouw belangrijkste veranderopdracht is het (door)ontwikkelen, implementeren en inbedden van integraal capaciteitsmanagement op de Radiologie, met op termijn dezelfde opdracht uitvoeren voor andere diagnostische afdelingen. Je zorgt er samen met de lijnorganisatie voor dat er proactief en effectief wordt gestuurd op capaciteit: de zorgvraag kunnen voorspellen en hier proactief personeel en middelen op plannen. Als stafadviseur heb je een centrale rol in de organisatie en werk je nauw samen met het MT, planners, teamleiders en ondersteunende medewerkers binnen bijvoorbeeld IT, techniek en apparatuur. Ook het Integraal Capaciteitsmanagement, BICC en Data & Digitalisering behoren tot jouw samenwerkingspartners op het gebied van data en analyse. Je rapporteert aan het MT en bent samen met de polimanager verantwoordelijk voor goede implementatie van capaciteitsmanagement zowel binnen de afdeling Radiologie als afdelingsoverstijgend. Je bent hiërarchisch en functioneel medewerker onder de Clustermanager.
