Catering is binnen een academisch ziekenhuis veel meer dan eten en drinken. Het draagt bij aan gezondheid, gastvrijheid, welzijn en een positieve beleving voor patiënten, bezoekers en medewerkers. Als Stafadviseur Catering speel jij een belangrijke rol in de verdere ontwikkeling en professionalisering van onze cateringdienstverlening. De stafadviseur is het tactisch/operationeel verlengstuk van het Expertisecentrum Catering van het Facilitair Bedrijf. Dit centrum is verantwoordelijk voor de organisatie en opvolging van afspraken m.b.t alle bedrijfsprocessen op het deelgebied Catering. Het centrum zorgt voor eten en drinken dat kwalitatief goed is, veilig is en de juiste kostprijs heeft. Tevens draagt het bij aan een aangenaam verblijf van de patiënt/medewerker door het bieden van de juiste service en in te spelen op de behoeften van de patiënt/begeleiders/medewerkers op het gebied van voeding. Ook ondersteunen ze medewerkers bij het uitoefenen van hun taak door het leveren van de juiste producten op de juiste tijdstippen op de juiste plaatsen. De stafadviseur is de linkin pin tussen de interne klant, het expertisecentrum, werkgroepen en leveranciers met betrekking tot de procesmatige en/of planmatige invoering van innovatieve initiatieven. Verder vragen we je te ondersteunen bij het uitvoeren van het kwaliteitsmanagementsysteem(KMS) van het Facilitair Bedrijf binnen Catering (NEN-EN-ISO 9001/22000). Procesmanagement, risicomanagement en inrichten en onderhouden van het KMS behoren ook tot de taak.
