Voor onze afdeling Communicatie zijn wij op zoek naar een Stafmedewerker Communicatie en Afvalpreventie voor een contract van bepaalde duur van 6 maanden.

Jouw functie

Als Stafmedewerker Communicatie en Afvalpreventie ondersteun je de afdeling communicatie bij het uitwerken en realiseren van interne en externe communicatieprojecten. Je helpt mee het afvalpreventiebeleid onder de aandacht te brengen en draagt bij aan een positief imago van IVBO.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Uitwerken en ondersteunen van communicatiecampagnes en sensibiliseringsacties.
  • Schrijven en redigeren van bewonersbrieven, nieuwsberichten, webteksten, brochures en andere communicatiemiddelen.
  • Ondersteunen van interne communicatieprojecten.
  • Mee organiseren van infosessies, evenementen en promotionele acties.
  • Adviseren rond communicatie- en afvalpreventievraagstukken.
  • Ondersteunen bij de implementatie van afvalpreventieprojecten.
  • Meewerken aan het verzamelen, verwerken en verspreiden van informatie naar burgers, gemeenten en andere stakeholders.
  • Ondersteunen bij het beheer van sociale media en digitale communicatiekanalen.
  • Bijdragen aan het opmaken van rapporteringen, presentaties en het jaarverslag.

Jouw profiel

Wij zoeken een communicatieve en enthousiaste collega die graag initiatief neemt en zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband kan werken.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Een bachelordiploma, bij voorkeur in communicatie, marketing, journalistiek of een relevante richting.
  • Sterke schriftelijke en mondelinge communicatievaardigheden.
  • Uitstekende redactionele vaardigheden en een vlotte pen.
  • Een sterk analytisch en organisatorisch vermogen.
  • Een creatieve en oplossingsgerichte ingesteldheid.
  • Interesse in milieu, duurzaamheid, afvalpreventie en circulaire economie.
  • Goede kennis van digitale communicatiekanalen en sociale media.
  • Een professionele, integere en klantgerichte houding.

Ervaring binnen een communicatieomgeving, overheidsorganisatie of milieucontext is een pluspunt.
