Als stafmedewerker duurzame infrastructuur neem jij het voortouw in projecten die rechtstreeks bijdragen aan de energietransitie in Holsbeek. Je werkt aan duurzame gebouwen, energiebesparende maatregelen, klimaatadaptatie en een slim beheer van het gemeentelijk patrimonium. Van idee tot realisatie maak jij mee het verschil voor inwoners, medewerkers en toekomstige generaties.

Jouw uitdaging

Je krijgt ruimte en verantwoordelijkheid om projecten met impact te realiseren:

· Je bedenkt, ontwikkelt en realiseert duurzame en energetische verbeteringen aan gemeentelijke gebouwen en infrastructuur.

· Je trekt strategische projecten die zorgen voor een toekomstgericht en efficiënt beheer van het gemeentelijk patrimonium.

· Je ontwikkelt initiatieven die bijdragen aan de vermindering van de CO₂-uitstoot op het grondgebied van Holsbeek.

· Je brengt verschillende partners samen en zorgt ervoor dat plannen worden omgezet in concrete resultaten.

· Je volgt dossiers op van concept tot uitvoering en bewaakt kwaliteit, timing en budget.

Wie ben jij

· Je bent iemand die kansen ziet en projecten in beweging krijgt.

· Je hebt een sterke interesse in duurzaamheid, energie, klimaat en infrastructuur.

· Je neemt initiatief en haalt energie uit het realiseren van projecten.

· Je werkt gestructureerd, zelfstandig en resultaatgericht.

· Je denkt strategisch, maar verliest het praktische aspect nooit uit het oog.

· Je communiceert vlot en weet mensen te enthousiasmeren en mee te nemen in verandering.

· Je bent een bruggenbouwer die samenwerking stimuleert.

· Je beschikt over een masterdiploma in een relevant vakgebied (bv. bouw, energie, duurzaamheid, projectmanagement of een gelijkwaardige richting).

Beschik je niet over een masterdiploma? Dan kom je eveneens in aanmerking indien je minimaal twee jaar relevante ervaring hebt als staf- of projectmedewerker binnen een lokaal bestuur én slaagt voor een niveau- of capaciteitstest.
