Als stafmedewerker Centrale Opleidingscommissie (COC) bij het Leerhuis Medische Vervolg Opleidingen (MVO Leerhuis) vervul je een gecombineerde functie: stafmedewerker COC (24 uur) én secretaresse MVO Leerhuis (8 uur) . Je bent een belangrijke organisatorische en administratieve schakel voor zowel de Centrale Opleidingscommissie als het MVO Leerhuis. Je belangrijkste taken zijn: - Organiseren en plannen van vergaderingen en bijeenkomsten Je plant en organiseert vergaderingen van de COC en het dagelijks bestuur. Je regelt dit van A tot Z: vergaderruimten, catering, uitnodigingen, digitale vergadertools en alle praktische zaken daaromheen. Daarnaast plan en organiseer je diverse vergaderingen voor het hoofd van MVO Leerhuis. - Voorbereiding en verslaglegging Je stelt agenda's op, verzamelt en verspreidt vergaderstukken en zorgt dat alles tijdig bij de juiste personen is. Tijdens vergaderingen notuleer je zorgvuldig (al dan niet ondersteund door AI) en werk je verslagen uit tot heldere actie‑ en besluitenlijsten, waarvan je ook de opvolging en deadlines bewaakt. Van de afspraken die je voorbereidt en notuleert, vinden er jaarlijks circa 15 plaats op maandagen tot ongeveer 18.00 uur; het merendeel hiervan is online. - Administratieve ondersteuning Je beheert documenten en archieven, legt besluiten goed vast en monitort de jaaragenda's van de COC, het DB‑COC en het MVO Leerhuis. Je plant en coördineert complexe afspraken en houdt de voortgang van lopende acties scherp in de gaten. - Aanspreekpunt en representatie Je bent een toegankelijk aanspreekpunt voor interne en externe contacten op verschillende niveaus binnen en buiten...
