Functieomschrijving

Heb jij een hart voor kinderen? Heb jij een passie voor hun ontwikkeling en weet je als geen ander hoe je een glimlach op hun gezicht kan toveren? Vind je het fijn om ouders te ondersteunen in het mooie (en soms chaotische) avontuur van opvoeden? Hou je van een uitdaging en een job met veel afwisseling?

Een greep uit je takenpakket:

- ondersteunt en stimuleert het team, organiseert teamoverleg en staat hen bij indien nodig

- neemt administratieve taken op (inschrijvingen, planning, bestellingen,...)

- houdt specifieke administratie bij in verband met kwaliteit en regelgeving zoals vereist door kind en Gezin

- zorgt samen met de verantwoordelijke voor een fijne werkplek en een warme omgeving waarin collega's, ouders en kinderen zich thuis voelen.
