The posting

Als stafmedewerker van de dienst kwaliteitszorg sta je in voor de ondersteuning, begeleiding en coaching van de opleidingen in functie van het kwaliteitszorgsysteem. Vanuit je domeinspecifieke expertise of ruime ervaring in het begeleiden van processen, ondersteun, stimuleer en motiveer je de opleidingen in hun streven naar voortdurende kwaliteitsverbetering.

Je staat hierbij in voor:

  • Opleidingen coachen in functie van het eigen kwaliteitszorgsysteem;
  • Opleidingen begeleiden bij het voorbereiden van dossiers in functie van kwaliteitszorg (accreditatie, Toets Nieuwe Opleiding, kwaliteitstoets);
  • Organiseren van opleidingsbeoordelingen op maat van de eigen regie (kwaliteitstoets);
  • Analyseren en abstraheren van het proces en terugkoppelen naar de verschillende beleidsorganen;
  • Initiatief nemen en bijdragen leveren in het ontwikkelen van materialen en instrumenten ter ondersteuning van de kwaliteitswerking;
  • Permanent informeren over de ontwikkelingen in het domein en relevante wetgeving en deze vertalen naar bruikbare documenten.
  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma, bij voorkeur in één van volgende studiegebieden: pedagogische wetenschappen, onderwijskunde, master in de educatieve studies, master in de (opleidings- en) onderwijswetenschappen, master in de onderwijskunde;
  • Je kan 3 jaar relevante beroepservaring aantonen in het (hoger) onderwijs, bij voorkeur in een kwaliteitszorggerelateerde functie.
  • Je voldoet aan de taalvereisten.

  • Kennis van de structuur van het Hoger Onderwijs, relevante wetgeving (o.a. accreditatiestelstel hoger onderwijs) en kwaliteitszorgsystemen.
  • Kennis van en inzicht in onderwijsprocessen.
