Het hoofdkantoor is gevestigd in Mijdrecht en we hebben productie- en verkoopvestigingen in meer dan 20 landen. Binnen Walraven heerst een open, informele cultuur met korte lijnen en veel ruimte om te leren en jezelf te ontwikkelen. De stage Tijdens deze stage maak je onderdeel uit van het team IT & Digitalisation. Je krijgt de kans om te pionieren met opkomende AI-technologie binnen een internationale organisatie. Het gaat hier bij voorkeur om een stage met een beroepsproduct. We zoeken een stagiair die enthousiast wordt van het bouwen van AI-agents. We hebben een aantal gave ideeën en use cases, maar willen vooral samen met jou kijken welk idee jou leuk lijkt. Één van de ideeën: een IT Service Desk agent die vragen van collega's beantwoord gebaseerd op documenten in de IT-knowledge base, eventueel uit te breiden met agentive actions. Met als doel een betere service bieden voor collega's en reductie van het aantal service desk tickets. Wij hanteren als organisatie het Microsoft-first principe, dus bij voorkeur wordt het product gebouwd binnen de Microsoft-stack (Copilot/Azure). Je krijgt hierbij goed...
