Ook beschikt onze locatie na deze uitbreiding over een zwembad, wellness en uitgebreide gym. Hiermee is het hotel volop in ontwikkeling, wat deze stage extra uniek maakt. En doe jij dit met een stralende glimlach? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Voor onze Meeting & Events afdeling zijn wij op zoek naar een stagiair(e). De afdeling Meeting & Events is verantwoordelijk voor de organisatie van partijen, congressen, vergaderingen etc. Vanaf het begin tot het eind moet alles tot in de puntjes geregeld zijn. Jij bent samen met je collega's betrokken bij een evenement vanaf de aanvraag tot de facturatie. Dit betekent dat er veel van je wordt verwacht en dat je veel verantwoordelijkheid draagt. 2 Functie-eisen Dit ga je doen: - Je helpt bij het plannen en organiseren van bijeenkomsten, congressen, bruiloften, recepties en andere evenementen - Assisteren bij afspraken en het verwerken van de wensen tot een offerte - Rondleidingen geven aan gasten - Verwerken van aanvragen via telefoon, e-mail of walk-in - Verwerken van wijzigingen van al bestaande reserveringen - Aanspreekpunt voor gasten die een zaal hebben gereserveerd - Eventuele problemen oplossen (i.o.m. het team) - Ondersteunen van de banqueting afdeling wanneer nodig - Alle afdelingen worden door jou op de hoogte gehouden van de juiste informatie met betrekking tot zaalreserveringen - Je doet er alles aan om de dag perfect te laten verlopen en waar nodig improviseer je Wat verwachten wij van jou?
