Dan is een stage binnen Food & Beverage bij Van der Valk Hotel Antwerpen misschien wel iets voor jou! Tijdens je stage ontdek je de verschillende kanten van de horeca. Ons hotel beschikt over een restaurant een bar en een gezellig terras. In Bistro Stiel kunnen gasten terecht voor een uitgebreid aanbod van buffetten, à la carte gerechten, snacks en drankjes. Op de kaart vind je een combinatie van Valk-klassiekers, Belgische gerechten en seizoenssuggesties. In onze gezellige Bar Stiel kunnen gasten niet alleen genieten van een uitgebreide selectie van hun favoriete drankjes, maar ook typische barhapjes zoals burgers en andere kleine snacks. Je werkt samen met ervaren collega's die je begeleiden en ondersteunen. Wat ga je doen? - Je verwelkomt gasten en zorgt voor een warme en gastvrije ontvangst. - Je neemt bestellingen op en adviseert gasten bij hun keuze van gerechten en dranken. - Je serveert gerechten en dranken en zorgt mee voor een vlotte service. - Je helpt bij de mise en place en zorgt ervoor dat restaurant en bar steeds netjes en klaar voor gebruik zijn. - Je ruimt tafels af en zorgt ervoor dat alles netjes en verzorgd blijft. - Af en toe werk je mee in ons Business Center , waar je helpt bij coffee breaks, business lunches en het klaarzetten en opruimen van meetingzalen. - Je krijgt steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid en de kans om zelfstandig taken op te nemen. Kortom: een veelzijdige en afwisselende stage waarin je volop kunt leren, ervaring opdoen én ontdekken welk aspect van de horeca het beste bij jou past!
