Bij Klimbos Garderen loop je stage op een unieke locatie, midden op de Veluwe. Samen met een enthousiast team zorg je ervoor dat onze gasten een veilig én onvergetelijk dagje uit beleven. - Je loopt stage in het grootste klimbos van Nederland. - Je werkt met gasten, groepen en uitdagende parcoursen. - Je leert het vak in de praktijk, met goede begeleiding. Dit wil ik! Over Klimbos Garderen Klimbos Garderen is met 10 parcoursen van 1,5 tot 25 meter hoogte het grootste en veiligste klimbos van Nederland. Naast particuliere gasten ontvangen wij jaarlijks veel scholen en bedrijven. Met een goed opgeleid en gezellig team zorgen we er elke dag voor dat onze gasten met een grote glimlach naar huis gaan. Wat ga je doen? Tijdens je stage draai je volledig mee in het klimbos. Je helpt bij het ontvangen van gasten, geeft instructies over het gebruik van de klimgordel en legt de veiligheidsregels van de verschillende parcoursen uit. Je beantwoordt vragen en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen zich veilig én welkom voelt. We vinden het belangrijk dat je je snel thuis voelt. Daarom krijg je goede begeleiding en nodigen we je vooraf graag uit voor een meeloopdag, zodat je zelf kunt ervaren of deze stage bij je past. Wat ga ik leren? - Je leert duidelijke instructies geven aan (grote) groepen - Je leert alles over het controleren en veilig houden van onze parcoursen - Je leert hoe je gastvrij bent en tegelijk scherp blijft op veiligheid - Je krijgt interne trainingen en werkt met een digitaal inwerkplan - Je leert tijdens teamoverleggen knelpunten herkennen en verbeteringen doorvoeren - Je kunt in overleg gratis de Rescue Training behalen (ter waarde van €800) Wij bieden - Een stagevergoeding: 16 & 17 jaar: €300 bruto per maan...
