Stage Neuropsychiatrie Duur 12 maanden 6 maanden Wat gaat de aios leren? Stage Neuropsychiatrie Algemene beschrijving stage De stage neuropsychiatrie is onderdeel van de stage consultatieve psychiatrie ( link ) en wordt aangeboden door het Erasmus MC in het kader van de profielen volwassenen- en/of ouderenpsychiatrie. De stage kan ook onderdeel zijn van de profilering tot Ouderenpsychiater. Het betreft een keuzestage van 6 maanden. De stage bestaat uit een combinatie van klinische consultatieve contacten en poliklinische werkzaamheden, wat de werkzaamheden divers maakt. De populatie in deze stage bestaat uit volwassenen en ouderen. De pathologie is divers. Er kan gedacht worden aan neurocognitieve aandoeningen, neuropsychiatrische ziekten zoals Parkinson of bijvoorbeeld neuroimmunologische aandoeningen waarbij neurologische en psychiatrische klachten hand in hand gaan. Ook kan er ervaring worden opgedaan met het diagnosticeren en behandelen van een delirium of het inschatten van wilsbekwaamheid. De neuropsychiatrie-stage valt onder psychiatrisch consultenteam 2, dat klinische consultatie op o.a. de afdelingen neurologie, neurochirurgie, cardiologie, thoraxchirurgie en longziekten biedt. Daarnaast ben je werkzaam op de polikliniek Neuropsychiatrie. Het behandelteam bestaat uit een psychiater / vaste supervisor, collega AIOS, verpleegkundig specialisten. Daarnaast is er intensieve samenwerking met collega medisch specialisten en AIOS en collega's vanuit de medische psychologie, medisch maatschappelijk werk en geestelijke verzorging. Hoe ga ik leren? Taken AIOS - Klinische consulten op diverse somatische afdelingen in het Erasmus MC. - Poliklinische consulten, intakes en behandeling onder supervisie van psychiater - Indiceren, aanvragen en afnemen van aanvullend onderzoek - Adequate verslaglegging en bijbehorende verwijs- en ontslagbrieven - Bij toerbeurt triageren van nieuw aangemelde consultvragen - Dagelijks bi...
