Dan is een stage bij de Front Office van Van der Valk Hotel Antwerpen misschien wel iets voor jou! Jouw werk Als stagiair(e) bij onze Front Office leer je de hotelwereld van dichtbij kennen. Geen dag is hetzelfde! Je ontmoet gasten uit binnen- en buitenland, helpt hen verder en zorgt ervoor dat ze zich meteen welkom voelen. Je leert onder andere hoe je gasten in- en uitcheckt , reservaties maakt en vragen van gasten beantwoordt. Ook neem je telefoontjes en e-mails voor je rekening en help je mee met verschillende administratieve taken. Je krijgt de kans om veel bij te leren en stap voor stap steeds zelfstandiger te worden. Natuurlijk sta je er niet alleen voor: je werkt samen met een enthousiast team dat je graag begeleidt en ondersteunt. Heb je een vraag van een gast waarop je het antwoord niet meteen weet? Geen probleem! Je leert gaandeweg alles over ons hotel, onze faciliteiten en de leukste plekjes in Antwerpen zodat je onze gasten steeds beter kunt helpen. Kortom: een afwisselende stage waarbij je veel leert, veel mensen ontmoet en vooral veel ervaring opdoet in de hospitality! Ons team Bij de Front Office kom je terecht in een enthousiast en gezellig team. We werken nauw samen, helpen elkaar en vinden het belangrijk dat iedereen zich welkom voelt. Als stagiair(e) draai je mee in het team en krijg je de kans om veel bij te leren in een leuke en dynamische omgeving. Onze organisatie Van der Valk Hotel Antwerpen is onderdeel van een warm familiebedrijf waar gastvrijheid centraal staat. Tijdens je stage krijg je de kans om kennis te maken met de hotelwereld, verschillende taken uit te proberen en ervaring op te doen in een professionele omgeving.
