Als stagiair lever je een directe bijdrage door te zorgen dat de mailcampagnes en in app berichten goed de deur uitgaan, dit in afstemming met verschillende stakeholders. Dat doe je niet alleen, maar samen met jouw collega's van het Messaging team. Je ondersteunt het team bij diverse verantwoordelijkheden, waarbij je aan de slag gaat met: Meedenken aan content in themamails, het verzamelen van input en aanleveren van een duidelijke briefing aan ons bureau. Opmaken van mailings in de e-mail tool Selligent Express, denk aan samplings, mailings aan online klanten, klantonderzoek en thema mailings over bijv gezond eten. Bewaken van proces van briefing tot verzending en zorgen dat alle mails & app berichten op tijd verzonden worden. App campagnes opzetten en coördineren. Pro actief voorstellen doen om de mail- en app communicatie te verbeteren. Het messaging team is verantwoordelijk voor de opmaak en verzending van alle mail- en app communicatie naar onze klanten. Van de wekelijkse nieuwbrief op zondag, thema mailings tot push berichten. Zo is je dag nooit hetzelfde! Kun je goed overzicht behouden en wil je een coördinerende rol hebben? In deze functie werk je 32-40 uur per week, deels vanuit ons hoofdkantoor in Zaandam en deels vanuit huis.
