Als Stagiair lever je een directe bijdrage aan het gehele WORPen proces vanuit Assortiment en Ruimte. Dat doe je niet alleen, maar samen met jouw collega's van het Ruimte & Assortiment team. Waarbij je aan de slag gaat met: - Verantwoordelijk voor maken van (data) analyses in en over verschillende groepen. - Verantwoordelijk voor concurrentieanalyses en verwerken van de inzichten. - Maken van Presentaties met hierin de bevindingen van jouw (data) analyses. - Presenteren van deze bevindingen aan Team Assortiment en Commercie. Gemiddeld één keer in de drie jaar krijgt iedere assortimentsgroep (denk aan vleeswaren, bier, koek) een complete reset. Dit houdt in dat we het huidige assortiment gaan analyseren op verschillende KPI's. Gebaseerd op de uitkomsten van de inzichten geeft het team Ruimte & Assortiment advies over welke artikelen we afscheid van moeten nemen, waar nieuwe kansen liggen en hoe de presentatie van het assortiment vandaag de dag (en met zicht op de toekomst) optimaal kan inspelen op de wensen en behoeften van onze klanten. Binnen AH hebben we ontzettend veel data zoals marktcijfers, bonuskaart- en verkoopgegevens.
