Stage Arbeidsrecht zzp-dossier Opleidingsniveau HBO, WO Stagelopen bij de provincie betekent meewerken aan vraagstukken die er echt toe doen. Eén daarvan is de inzet van externen: van zzp'ers tot gedetacheerden. Hoe zorg je dat dit juridisch correct en toekomstbestendig gebeurt? Dat is precies waar jij tijdens deze stage aan meewerkt. Jouw nieuwe werkplek Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar arbeidsrecht, fiscaal recht beleid en praktijk samenkomen. Geen stoffige dossiers, maar een dynamisch speelveld waarin wet- en regelgeving continu in beweging is. En jij zit daar middenin. Je wordt begeleid door een ervaren arbeidsjurist die je inhoudelijk meeneemt in het vraagstuk. Daarnaast werk je samen met HR-adviseurs en de fiscalist die zich bezighouden met het inhuurdossier en met wie je kunt sparren. We zorgen voor goede begeleiding en staan voor je klaar als je vragen hebt. Tegelijk verwachten we dat jij initiatief neemt, zelf op onderzoek uitgaat en dingen gewoon oppakt. Hier maak je het In deze stage draai je volop mee en krijg je een actieve rol in een actueel en complex onderwerp. Je gaat niet alleen analyseren, maar vooral ook doen, meedenken en schakelen met HR-teamleden. Zo duik je in de wereld van externe inhuur en verzamel je informatie die verspreid is door de organisatie. Je spreekt medewerkers, schuift aan bij gesprekken en helpt mee om risico's rondom schijnzelfstandigheid in kaart te brengen. Tijdens die gesprekken luister je scherp, stel je vragen en zorg je dat alles helder wordt vastgelegd. Daarnaast werk je mee aan grotere analyses, zoals het in kaart brengen van het volledige inhuurbestand. Je ziet patronen, legt verbanden en helpt mee om inzichten te vertalen naar verbeteringen. Ook denk je mee over hoe processen slimmer kunnen en hoe we efficiënter communiceren over arbeidsvoorwaarden richting leveranciers, mede met het oog op gelijkwaardige beloning.
