Unieke collecties, de hardste content en een obsessie voor muziek en fashion vormen de kern van alles wat we doen. We doen alles zelf, van inkoop en distributie tot marketing en content: wekelijks shoots, en meer dan 110.000 volgers die het als eerste zien. Met Sticks hebben we een eigen fashionlabel: BSMK & Sticks. Daaronder maken we tee's met artiesten als Rico en Typhoon, met zeefdrukprints van hun handgeschreven lyrics. Wel fashion, geen merchandise. Om dit in beeld te brengen zoeken we iemand die naast onze fotograaf komt staan. WIE JE GAAT ASSISTEREN Je werkt zij aan zij met onze fotograaf, die alles schiet wat de deur uitgaat: van clean productfotografie tot campagnebeeld en onze eigen fashiondrops. Iemand die precies weet welk licht een sneaker laat leven en wanneer een frame af is. Jij kijkt mee, pakt aan en leert het vak van binnenuit. Elke week draaien we drie soorten shoots. Je bent bij alle drie betrokken, en bij een deel sta je zelf achter de camera. Je leert de kunst van clean, scherp en consistent schieten, week in week uit. Dit is waar je je basis legt. Dezelfde producten, maar gestyled. Deels assisterend, deels zelfstandig, afhankelijk van hoe ver je bent. Ons eigen team styled de looks en we leggen ze vast op locatie. Onze eigen zaken op de Bloemerstraat zijn onze set: PAAK Vinyl Bar, KALA en GOTO, en ook de winkel zelf wordt daarop ingericht. Naast de professionele shots met de camera draaien we telefoonmateriaal voor BTS, POV en UGC.
