En zoek je een stageplek waar je niet alleen meekijkt, maar ook echt onderdeel wordt van de bemanning en onze projecten? Dan maken we graag kennis met je. Bij Van den Herik werk je mee aan projecten op en rond het water. Van baggerwerkzaamheden en kustonderhoud tot waterbouwkundige projecten die bijdragen aan een veilig en bereikbaar Nederland. Hier zie je niet alleen hoe het werk wordt uitgevoerd, maar ervaar je het zelf van dichtbij. Leren op het water Tijdens je stage loop je mee met ervaren collega's en ontdek je hoe onze projecten in de praktijk worden uitgevoerd. Afhankelijk van jouw opleiding en leerdoelen krijg je de kans om ervaring op te doen aan boord van één van onze schepen, binnen het surveyteam of op projectlocaties. Het ene moment ben je betrokken bij werkzaamheden op het water, het andere moment kijk je mee hoe data, techniek en uitvoering samenkomen om een project succesvol af te ronden. Bij Van den Herik vinden we het belangrijk dat je niet alleen leert wat je moet doen, maar ook waarom we het doen. Daarom krijg je de ruimte om vragen te stellen, verantwoordelijkheid te pakken en mee te denken over de praktijk. Werk dat ertoe doet Onze projecten dragen bij aan veilige vaarwegen, sterke oevers, kustbescherming en het onderhoud van rivieren en kanalen.
