Als HBO-stagiair Business Development & Digital Marketing binnen recruitment werk je op het snijvlak van commercie, candidate journey en online marketing. Je werkzaamheden bestaan uit: - Kandidaten begeleiden in hun loopbaan: telefonisch screenen, intakegesprekken voeren en profielen opstellen - Vacatureteksten schrijven en cv-profielen uitwerken voor technische functies bij onze klanten - Meegaan naar klantafspraken om hun organisatie, vacatures en personeelsbehoefte goed te leren kennen - Actief bijdragen aan business development via telefonische acquisitie en het onderhouden van klantrelaties - Content creëren voor LinkedIn, Instagram en TikTok om onze zichtbaarheid en merkbeleving te vergroten - Ondersteunen bij administratieve processen rondom recruitment en marketingcampagnes - Werken aan je eigen schoolopdrachten en stageprojecten, met ruimte voor jouw ideeën Waar kom je te werken?
