Stage Communicatie hbo - Tijdelijk ZAAM Kennis- en Servicecentrum (KES) Bij ZAAM werken we aan het beste voortgezet onderwijs voor leerlingen in Amsterdam en Zaandam. Onze meer dan 20 scholen zijn allemaal anders. Ze hebben hun eigen sfeer, type onderwijs, visie en manier van werken. Juist die verschillen maakt ZAAM bijzonder. ZAAM is geen jas die je moet passen. Het is een garderobe waar je jouw jas vindt. We willen dit verhaal graag op een frisse en creatieve manier vertellen. Daarom zoeken we een stagiair Communicatie op hbo-niveau die ons helpt om onze ZAAM-scholen als werkgever zichtbaar te maken op social media. Jouw opdracht Hoe laat je op een verrassende manier zien dat ZAAM geen standaard groep scholen is, maar een wereld aan mogelijkheden? Dat is de centrale vraag van jouw stageopdracht. Je krijgt veel ruimte om zelf ideeën te bedenken en uit te werken. Je gaat bijvoorbeeld aan de slag met: - creatieve socialmediaformats bedenken uitvoeren; - verhalen van docenten en andere medewerkers zichtbaar maken; - laten zien hoe verschillend onze scholen zijn; - in beeld brengen hoe medewerkers zich kunnen ontwikkelen en groeien; - starters en ervaren medewerkers een podium geven; - content maken die laat zien hoe medewerkers iedere dag het verschil maken voor leerlingen; - onderzoeken welke content en kanalen goed werken voor onze doelgroep; - socialmediacontent maken, van idee tot publicatie. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan korte video's, interviews, series, challenges, reels of een heel nieuw format. Jij hoeft niet binnen de gebaande paden te blijven. Wat willen we vertellen? Kortom, we willen laten zien dat je bij ZAAM niet alleen kiest voor een functie, maar ook voor een omgeving waarin je kunt groeien en betekenisvol werk doet.
