Een greep uit je werkzaamheden. - Customer Success Support Je werkt nauw samen met onze consultants en customer success specialisten op de helpdesk. Je helpt klantfeedback te verzamelen en te verwerken, denkt mee over klantcommunicatie en brengt klantbehoeften en verbeterkansen in kaart. - Analyse & verbetering Je duikt in supportvragen, spoort patronen op en zoekt uit waarom bepaalde vragen steeds terugkomen. De uitkomsten gebruik je om verbeterinitiatieven en rapportages op te zetten. - Communicatie & releases Je onderhoudt onze handleidingen en zorgt dat klanten op de hoogte blijven van nieuwe ontwikkelingen via heldere release-informatie en klantberichten. Ook help je onze kennisartikelen scherper en toegankelijker te maken. - Klantevents & community Je helpt bij de organisatie van klantdagen en gebruikersraden van uitnodiging tot nazorg en verwerkt de feedback die daaruit komt. - Innovatie & AI Je gebruikt AI-tools dagelijks in je eigen werk voor analyse, content en het sneller uitvoeren van taken en brengt die ervaring mee het team in.
