- Stage design Loop stage of studeer af bij ons designteam. MBO of HBO, op kantoor in Assen. Wat je doet Je werkt mee aan visuele identiteiten, websites en interfaces voor klanten in Noord-Nederland. Een logo voor een nieuwe brouwerij in Drenthe, de huisstijl van een zakelijke dienstverlener, de schermen waar eindgebruikers dagelijks mee werken: bij ons komt het allemaal voorbij. Vanaf de eerste week zit je in het werk. Geen koffie halen, geen mappen ordenen. Wel meedenken in concepten, schetsen maken, in Figma uitwerken en presenteren aan de senior designer die je begeleidt. Bij stevige projecten zit je mee aan tafel bij de klant. Wat we zoeken Je volgt een MBO- of HBO-opleiding in een visuele richting (CMD (Communication & Multimedia Design), Grafische Vormgeving of vergelijkbaar). Je hebt een eigen kijk en kunt die onderbouwen. Je kent de basis van Figma, weet wat een grid is en waarom typografie meer is dan een lettertype kiezen. Belangrijker dan een dik portfolio: nieuwsgierigheid, een mening die je durft te geven en de bereidheid om feedback om te zetten in een betere versie. Je ontwerpen gaan naar echte klanten. Dat betekent ook echte feedback, van de senior designer en van de klant zelf. Wat je leert Hoe een designtraject loopt van eerste briefing tot oplevering. Hoe je een concept verkoopt aan een klant zonder vakjargon. Hoe je samenwerkt met developers die de pixels straks omzetten naar code. En hoe je je werk inricht zodat het over een jaar nog steeds onderhoudbaar is. Je krijgt een vaste begeleider, wekelijkse 1-op-1's en ruimte om mee te kijken bij projecten buiten je eigen scope.
