Wil jij je talent in de spotlight zetten bij Intelect? Bij Intelect zijn we op zoek naar een creatieve en gedreven stagiair(e) die vol enthousiasme onze social media kanalen onder zijn/haar vleugels neemt en naar een hoger niveau tilt.

Vanaf dag 1 ben je een volwaardig lid van ons Communicatie & HR team en krijg je een eigen set aan opdrachten die je tot een goed einde mag brengen. Je zal een belangrijke rol in onze communicatie- en marketingactiviteiten spelen, met als doel onze online zichtbaarheid te versterken. Jij krijgt bij ons de kans om content te creëren die onze visie en missie uitdraagt naar een breder publiek.

Je zal een brede hands-on marketingervaring opdoen: - Content creatie: Je bedenkt en maakt creatieve, visueel aantrekkelijke video's die onze merkwaarden tot leven brengen en onze volgers enthousiast maken. Verder richt je je specifiek op onze jongere doelgroep en laat je zien wat het betekent om bij Intelect te werken, terwijl je tegelijkertijd onze cultuur en waarden op een inspirerende manier weergeeft. - Grafische vormgeving: Je maakt ontwerpen, templates, beelden en video's die opvallen, met behulp van tools zoals Canva, Veed, ... - Strategische inzet: Je helpt bij het ontwikkelen van een doeltreffende social media strategie, waarmee we de juiste content creëren om onze naamsbekendheid & aantal volgers te vergroten. - Performance analyse: Je volgt nauwgezet de performance van de geplaatste content en levert maandelijks rapportages over betrokkenheid, bereik en groei. - Samenwerking: Je werkt samen met de marketing verantwoordelijke & het COHR team om consistente communicatie te waarborgen.

Jouw concrete takenpakket stellen we samen op basis van jouw sterke punten, interesses en vaardigheden, met een gezonde dosis uitdaging. Jij bent hier om te leren, te groeien en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen! Natuurlijk sta je er niet alleen voor - je krijgt de nodige begeleiding en steun.

Dan ben jij ongetwijfeld; - Een Bachelor of Masterstudent in een marketing- of communicatiegerichte opleiding en op zoek naar een afstudeerstage van minstens 8 weken - Je hebt een passie voor social media en volgt actief de laatste trends. - Je bent creatief, proactief, positief ingesteld en kunt goed zelfstandig werken - Je bent communicatief sterk, leergierig en nieuwsgierig - Je bent bereid om uit jouw comfortzone te stappen
