Wie is MIMMTI We richten ons op ouders die op zoek zijn naar iets anders dan de standaard luiertas: fashionable, chique tassen die net dat andere niveau hebben. Tassen die je blijft gebruiken, ook na de babyfase. We verkopen via onze eigen webshop, Bol.com, Zalando, TikTok Shop en ABOUT YOU, en zijn inmiddels door meer dan 100.000 ouders gebruikt. We zijn een klein, hands-on e-commerceteam met korte lijnen. Dat betekent dat je bij ons niet alleen meekijkt, maar ook echt meebouwt aan het merk, van content en campagnes tot aan de dagelijkse operatie. Wat we zoeken We breiden ons team uit met stagiaires op twee gebieden. Beide stages draaien om leren door te doen: je krijgt eigen verantwoordelijkheden en werkt rechtstreeks samen met het kernteam. Stage: Marketing & Communicatie Denk aan taken zoals: - Meedenken over en meewerken aan social content (TikTok, Instagram) - Ondersteunen bij e-mailmarketing en klantcommunicatie - Contact met content creators en influencers - Meewerken aan campagnes rondom nieuwe productlanceringen - Analyseren van wat werkt: content, campagnes en klantfeedback - Meedenken over hoe we onze producten in fysieke winkels krijgen Stage: Ondernemer / Handel Denk aan taken zoals: - Meekijken in de dagelijkse bedrijfsvoering van een groeiend e-commercemerk - Ondersteunen bij voorraadbeheer en logistiek richting onze verkoopkanalen - Meewerken aan het opzetten en optimaliseren van salesplatforms - Inzicht krijgen in inkoop, marges en commerciële besluitvorming - Meedenken over groeikansen en nieuwe verkoopkanalen - Meewerke...
