Met bijna 16.000 sociale huurwoningen in en om Heerenveen, Drachten, Sneek, Joure en Franeker zorgen wij elke dag voor een prettig thuis voor onze huurders. De afdeling Onze afdeling Vastgoed bestaat uit 27 bevlogen collega's, verdeeld over drie teams: planmatig onderhoud, ontwikkeling en het bedrijfsbureau. Met planmatig onderhoud en verduurzaming behouden én verbeteren we de kwaliteit van onze woningen. Dit doen we door middel van Resultaatgericht Samenwerken (RGS), waarbij een langdurige samenwerking met onderhoudspartners centraal staat. Wat ga jij doen? Dat stemmen we af op jouw opleiding en interesses. Je krijgt de kans om mee te kijken én mee te werken. Bijvoorbeeld: - Meelopen met onze projectcoördinatoren op locatie. - Meewerken aan de planv or m ing van projecten met onze vastgoedregis s eurs en RGS-partners. - Helpen bij het bijwerken van onze meerjarenonderhoudsbegroting. - Ondersteunen van de vastgoedadministratie. - Kleine onderzoeken doen over onderhoud en verduurzaming.
