Ben jij een bachelorstudent Elektriciteit/Automatisatie en wil je jouw kennis inzetten in een echte productieomgeving?

Dan hebben wij een interessante stage voor jou!

Binnen één van onze productieafdelingen zoeken we een stagiair Elektriciteit & Automatisatie die mee wil werken aan concrete projecten rond automatisatie, data, digitalisering en procesoptimalisatie.

Wat ga je doen?

Tijdens je stage krijg je de kans om mee te werken aan verschillende technische projecten die rechtstreeks impact hebben op onze productieprocessen. Afhankelijk van jouw interesses en de duur van je stage, kan je bijvoorbeeld werken aan:

  • OEE van PHS: meewerken aan het verzamelen en verbeteren van productiedata om de efficiëntie van onze installaties beter in kaart te brengen.
  • Tellen van pulsen van ventielen op Airtwist AT5: een technische oplossing uitwerken om het aantal pulsen automatisch te registreren.
  • Loggen van de intervaltijd tussen pulsen op Airtwist AT5: data verzamelen en analyseren om de werking van de installatie beter te begrijpen.
  • Automatisch inlezen van draaiuren van cablagelijnen: de draaiuren van machines automatisch registreren en koppelen aan de productieplanning.
  • Digitalisering van de telling van het aantal bobijnen op AT en HS: een bestaande manuele telling omzetten naar een meer geautomatiseerde en digitale oplossing.

Je krijgt daarbij de ruimte om zelf mee te denken over oplossingen, zaken uit te testen en jouw technische kennis toe te passen in een professionele productieomgeving.

Wie zoeken we?

We zijn op zoek naar een gemotiveerde student die:

  • een bacheloropleiding Elektriciteit, Automatisatie of een vergelijkbare richting volgt;
  • interesse heeft in industriële automatisatie en productieprocessen;
  • graag praktisch en probleemoplossend werkt;
  • nieuwsgierig is naar hoe machines, data en automatisatie samenkomen;
  • zelfstandig kan werken, maar ook graag overlegt met collega's.

Ervaring met PLC's, industriële communicatie, dataregistratie of andere automatisatietechnieken is mooi meegenomen, maar vooral jouw interesse en leergierigheid zijn belangrijk.
